✅ This class is IS for those who want to explore Embodied Mindful Movement for personal development, spiritual growth/awareness, group support, self-expression, expansion/awakening/empowerment, through Holistic dance and Movement 💃

Processing your life journey with company and support. Coming back to your centre and exploring your own personal truth. 💓

✨ The current attendees are very spiritual, so be prepared for some (grounded) depth and expansion through collaborative movement and sharing circle ☕️

Weekly 90 minute sessions every Saturday at 3pm in Carine, Perth 6020. (Exact address to be given upon booking. Please book by the Friday before the session, to give enough time to give address and have a chat about the session.)

wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring yoga mat, cushion, water.

Fee:
AU $25 per session

This is an in-person group session, in Carine Perth. (There will be some female attendees from Europe, who join the class digitally.)

The sessions will be recorded in case anyone misses it.
