**Welcome to Hot & Healthy Walk Club Gold Coast!**

Our first meet-up is **Thursday 27th November**. We’re starting with a morning walk and coffee to connect, move and build a supportive group of women.

This walk club is for women aged roughly 21 to 45. Whether you’re a mum, business owner, professional, student or simply in a season of rebuilding yourself, you’re welcome.

**Walk Club Details:**

* Meet in Justin’s Park at **7:00am** (opposite Lito Mondrian).
* We’ll start walking at 7:05am.
* Steady, conversational pace toward the North Burleigh lookout and back.
* Coffee at Lito Mondrian afterwards for those who can stay for a chat.

Come solo or bring a friend. Looking forward to meeting you!
