Group meets in front of Running Center.
PARKING: If you park in front of Running Center this is a paid parking lot. Credit card only and you must use the app.
FREE parking available across Memorial Dr along the N Memorial loop. If you park across Memorial Drive give yourself time (approx. 10 minutes or more) to walk over.
Hike will cover the Bayou Wilds West Trails (commonly referred to as the Colored Trails). Lots of shade, some open areas. Outer trails mostly flat but be prepared for tree roots on inner sections. Some scattered short slopes and climbs.

Summer is upon us! Bring and drink plenty of water!
Wear Hat, Sunscreen, Bug Spray. Wear supportive shoes~ any athletic sports-type shoe will do.
Restrooms and water fountain available prior to hike inside Running Center.
No dogs. Dogs are not allowed @ any events hosted by Houston Urban Trekkers.
