Walk with a Doc is a fun way to get some health education from a Doctor, get all the health benefits of movement while socializing and spending time in nature!
The Howard County Chapter walks in Centennial Lake on the first Saturday of the month. This walk is led by Dr Sarah Zaheer MD. The group meets by the boat ramp and walks the Lake Loop. When coming from the Route 108 entrance into the park, take the FIRST right towards the boat ramp. We meet at the space between the lake and the parking lot.
