Greenwich Art Trail

One of Sydney’s surprises is that there are so many unknown gems.
And Greenwich — the hidden gem of an artists’ hub — is one of them.

It is not only stunning with its beautiful water views, it is also amazingly charming with its artistic vibe.
It is a secret hub for award-winning contemporary artists, illustrators, sculptors, ceramicists, jewellers, photographers and textile artists.

Just surprising, surprising and surprising — all happening in such a small community.

I took our AAA Art Lovers there in 2023, and I am so thrilled to discover that the art trail is back on track. Can’t wait!

The first week of November, the time when the jacarandas paint the streets purple, the time when the 38 artist's studios open their doors to welcome us.

So, here we are, here is our trial:

11:30 am – Meet & Connect
No. 1 Studio – 1 Ford Street, Greenwich
We will meet at No. 1 Studio, then have a coffee before we start our Art Crew adventure.

1:00 pm: Foodies & Arties Delight – There is a delightful café (I can't remember the name), but I'm sure we'll spot it somewhere along the way.

2:00 pm: The Crew Continues...
We continue our art trail until we reach No. 38 — Greenwich Sailing Club.

What to Bring

• Comfortable walking shoes
• Water bottle
• Camera or phone (where photography is permitted)
• Your curiosity and love of art

Dress Code
Creative Casual---something that makes you feel artistic and comfortable.

• This community is proudly supported by Alina Interpreting Australia, whose sponsorship covers the Meetup platform and administration costs, allowing us to focus on bringing people together through art.
