December Read, Meet & Eat

For this busy month, we will pair two shorter reads. Please read Nghi Vo's The Empress of Salt and Fortune, winner of the 2021 Hugo Award for Best Novella. It was described as a "Tightly and lushly written narrative about empire, storytelling, and the anger of women."
