Join us for this interactive mini-workshop exploring multi-disciplinary approaches to improving rest and daily performance. Participants will examine and discuss evidence-based interventions rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy specific to insomnia and nutritional science, focusing on how to sustain long-term restorative sleep and energy level throughout the day. All attendees will receive a slide deck and a full list of academic citations following the session.

The workshop will be from 3:00-4:30pm. Afterwards gather with other
Community Gathering attendees in the gallery for refreshments and socializing.

Presenter: Sophie Phuong Le is a healthcare worker and CPR trainer who has been a member of HumanistsMN since 2017. In her free time, she enjoys biking, walking, and spending time with her family and her two rabbits.
