Leaving Religion: Challenges and Triumphs

You are invited to this Livestream event with Humanists Australia in which Leslie Allan will interview professional counsellor and psychotherapist, Caroline Winzenried. In the last several years, there has been increasing focus on Religious Trauma Syndrome (RTS) as mental health professionals explore the unique psychological and social challenges experienced by people leaving their religion. In this interview, Caroline will share how she became interested in this area of work, the nature of RTS and the particular problems faced by those exiting religion. There will be an opportunity for viewers to ask questions.
