Jesus said, "The truth shall set you free" (John 8:32). But notice the verse before it says, "If you abide in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine." We are reading through Matthew and discussing the truth and applying it to us. There is not "my truth" or "your truth," but there is one truth, and that given by Jesus.
