[cash] set-menu family-style Chinese dinner for the Lunar New Year
Details
This will be a family-style dinner. Specifically, I'll plan a menu (depending on the number of attendees) to include a variety of grains, meats, and vegetables from among dishes like those listed below.
It might be described as "PG-rated", meaning we may have meats w/bones, fat, and/or skin, as well as foods/dishes that may be funky/garlicky/pungent. It will include beef, pork, poultry, seafood, tofu, and fermented foods.
