Today, she works as the Chief Architect at ASN Bank after years at the Volksbank as their leading Enterprise Architect. Her specialism is working under architecture in agile organisations.

During a software development project a million decisions need to be made, some of them completely inconsequential, others with potential impact on the companies strategy. It is impossible to discuss all decisions at all levels. We have all seen that Sprint’ing and Scrum’ing will not get the board level decisions to the board level. Nor does it in itself empower the developers to take the development decisions.
