Family Yoga

This yoga class will start with a yoga storytime to settle the wiggles and then move into a child-friendly vinyasa flow. Don’t worry, adults will still get a workout! If kids need a break a wonderful playground is close by. Babies are no charge to attend. When I was a young mother I attended a family yoga class and it was truly a game changer for me as I have a special needs child who couldn’t tolerate childcare in the fitness centers.
