Architecture - Influenced by Lean and Agile Ways

Details
Lean and Agile are among the most endearing buzzwords in software
today, capturing the imagination of management and nerds alike.
Lean’s primary focus is the enterprise value stream. It grabs the consumer and pulls it through the value stream to the beginnings of development, so that every subsequent activity adds value.
The IEEE defines Architecture as the fundamental organization of a system embodied in its components, their relationships to each other, and to the environment and the principles guiding its design and evolution.
Lean and Agile are viewed as contradicting entities when it comes to Architecture but in reality, they illuminate architecture’s value. From reducing waste to be able to get the user feedback faster, Lean and Agile work in tandem with Architecture principles to only make the overall system more scalable and robust.
The session is to talk about how the principles of designing software are influenced by the lean and Agile ways.
