We’ll take a pause from the noise of daily life and reconnect with ourselves through a sensory awareness & nature connection experience in the surrounding forest of the picturesque Idstein.
We’ll meet at the Idstein Station and walk from there to the forest. Though walking meditation, breathwork, and guided sensory awareness, we will:
✨ Regulate our nervous system in a gentle, natural way.
✨ Cultivate presence and reduce stress & overwhelm.
✨ Experience nature as a tool for emotional balance.
At the end we can stay for a chat or ice-cream at a nearby cafe.
✨ This event is in English.
▶️ 🚝 We meet at 10.30hrs at Isstein Station and walk from there.
🌿 What to Bring:
• Something comfortable to sit / lie-down on the grass for the meditation (yoga mat or blanket)
• Water for hydration
• Comfortable clothing for movement and sitting outdoors
•Bug spray
• An open mind & curiosity to explore your senses
This free gathering is open to anyone interested in stress & burnout relief, nervous system regulation, and mindful connection to nature. Whether you’re new to this or already familiar with nervous system work, you are welcome.
