We all procrastinate, feel triggered and even self sabotage at times. Often we don't know why, and more commonly, we don't know how to shift these subconscious patterns.
In this workshop, you will:
✔ Discover the 4 main types of inner barriers
✔ Learn the 5 signs a barrier is running the show
✔ Uncover your personal subconscious barriers
✔ Explore what becomes possible when you free yourself of these barriers.

You can grab a coffee and a snack to eat if you like or just join in the conversation! You will easily be able to spot our group as the place is usually otherwise quiet on a Saturday :)
Our meeting starts with getting a coffee followed by a guided discussion on the topic of the day with the host offering some new insights as well as whole group and small group discussion so that we can all learn from each other.
There should be free on-street parking out the front of the hall on Saturday but there should also be parking out the back :)
