This group is for you if you enjoy learning in a social setting.
Come and have a social morning coffee with some like minded people with an interest in self development and living their best life. Join us at Paddington Hall and we can share our tips and tricks for a happy, meaningful life. Hall is usually open at 10 for a 10.15 am start.

This session is about - what are the essential principles that are the foundation of all effective paths of Awareness? How do we activate our Awareness with these principles, maintain and continue to evolve our Awareness? Why is staying on the path so challenging and how can we overcome these challenges? In today’s workshop these questions will be explored, while also exploring an effective framework and approach that enables us to achieve these goals.
Phil is a psychotherapist and a meditation/Mindfulness/Self-Awareness teacher with 40 years’ experience on his own Self-Awareness path.

The venue opens about 10.00 am or a 10.15 am start to the session.
You can grab a tea or coffee and a snack to eat if you like or just join in the conversations!
There is plenty of free on-street parking around the hall on Saturday.
