This group is for you if you enjoy learning in a social setting.
Come and have a social morning coffee with some like minded people with an interest in self development and living their best life. Join us at Paddington Hall and we can share our tips and tricks for a happy, meaningful life. Hall is usually open at 10 for a 10.15 am start.

In this workshop, I will introduce you to a powerful framework of self-awareness called the “Five Step Process” and explore with you how this is used to overcome suffering, such as trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety etc. I will take you through the process of identifying what is causing the suffering, processing and healing the cause and creating a process of ongoing Mindfulness that reinforces that healing and enables increased Awareness in the moment.

The venue opens about 10.00 am or a 10.15 am start to the session.

You can grab a tea or coffee and a snack to eat if you like or just join in the conversations!

There is plenty of free on-street parking around the hall on Saturday.
