Welcome to the Institute Of Light! A group of people who are interested in meditation, healing, learning and coming together to build a community of strong, peaceful warriors. We meet regularly to do everything from from Reiki classes & meditation to gallery readings from gifted mediums & Akashic Records readings. We have a Shamanic Practitioner, Reiki Masters, a Akashic Records Reader, Tarot Reader, Angelic Practitioners and more! Come on in and have some fun!

Join us for a transformative journey inward as we explore the hidden parts of ourselves that long for healing, love, and acknowledgment. In this immersive Shadow Work Workshop, we will dive deep into Carl Jung’s 7 Wounded Child Archetypes For Survival, gaining powerful insight into the survival patterns we've carried since childhood—and how they still shape our lives today.
What to Expect:- A guided exploration of Jung’s 7 archetypes and how they relate to your personal shadow
- A gentle and powerful Inner Child Meditation to connect with your younger self
- A healing journaling activity to explore and express your wounded inner child
- A meaningful art project to honor and creatively engage with your inner child
- A supportive, judgment-free space for reflection, release, and reconnection
This workshop is designed for those who are ready to gently uncover the roots of their emotional wounds, move beyond limiting patterns, reveal your main filter of how you are perceiving things that are happening to you and begin a deeper relationship with their most authentic self.
No experience with shadow work, meditation, or art is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
Step into your healing. Reclaim the parts of you that were never truly lost—only waiting to be seen.-What to bring: Journal & 1-3 pictures of yourself from when you were a child. All other materials are included.
