Expanding Awareness with Horses

Join us for the Intentional Communication Series starting May 18th at Bergen Equestrian Center. This is a unique opportunity to learn and practice your communication skills while connecting with horses, nature, and community. Through five powerful experiences you will be learning 5 key steps to healthy communication: Self-awareness, Choice, Action, Impact, and Commitment. Our co-facilitators, the horses, will be responding to your energy and providing you non-verbal feedback on your communication skills. They will show you whether or not your expression is clear and authentic.

We created this series because we noticed something essential missing in the world around us: Intentional Communication.

In a time where misunderstanding is common and true connection feels rare, we believe it’s more important than ever to slow down, become aware, and express ourselves clearly and consciously. That’s why we designed this 5-part series, to offer a new direction for your growth.

This series is more than a workshop—it’s a chance to step outside your usual routine, return to the rhythm of nature, and get back into creative flow with the horses.

On May 18th Expanding Awareness kicks off the fist event of the series by focusing on how your point of view can impact your communication. You will practice self awareness in making more intentional choices in your communications.

While each workshop can be attended individually, committing to the full series will be an investment in your long lasting growth. You will have access to virtual one-on-one coaching sessions, group integration meetings, practice exercises, and a supportive community walking the journey alongside you.
