We ask participants to honor these guidelines:
- Treat this like a business meeting AND a place to practice your communication
- Show up 5 minutes before start time
- Be in a quiet, private place where you can speak freely
- Bring an intention of engaging with the small group breakout room discussions.
- Treat this like a face to face interaction as much as possible
- Keep your video on for the duration of the meeting (people want to see you and not a black box)
