IOG Thursday Night Run 5-10km

The IOG runs take place every Thursday evening starting at 6.30pm, usually about 4-6 miles.

We have do a variety of routes during the year. Recently the group have been running on new routes, sometimes out of town.

We still also make use of the local green spaces with a mixture of routes out through the Parks; Christchurch, Gipperswyk, Bourne, Holywells, Landseer, Orwell Country and Braziers Wood. We have also run along the river path out towards Sproughton and Bramford and on one occasion out along the river through the Orwell country park to Levington.

During the autumn and winter months as the daylight hours fade and the parks get closed, we have explored many of the quiet streets, alleys and linking paths.
