Inner Engineering Total is offered as a 4-day in-person program designed by Sadhguru. The course combines the tools from Inner Engineering and the transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, a 21-minute life-transforming practice.
This format contains powerful meditative processes and practice support through personalized corrections.

Additionally, a free introductory talk will be offered on Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. This session is open to all - feel free to bring your friends, family or anyone who may want to come with you. The program will resume after a short break, during which attendees will still have an opportunity to register.

This program is offered through an Isha Yoga instructor trained by Sadhguru. No prerequisite or physical agility required.
