😋🍱🍜 Japanese University Cafeteria Tour

This event involves walking together to a Japanese university cafeteria and enjoying a meal while engaging in international exchange.

The cafeteria menu features dishes commonly eaten by Japanese university students, such as curry, udon, and set meals, all priced very reasonably at around 400 to 700 JPY.

It's a valuable opportunity to experience “the daily life of Japanese university students,” something rarely encountered otherwise.

Furthermore, the student cafeteria is a spacious, open area, allowing you to enjoy conversation in a relaxed atmosphere. Conversations flow naturally, creating an environment where interaction through shared meals comes easily.

😋 Schedule
11:45 AM - Meetup at the cafe
12:30 PM - Departure
12:40 PM - Arrive at the university cafeteria, order meals
12:50 PM - Seated, start lunch → Free time (feel free to change seats)
1:10 PM - Free time after seat change (feel free to change seats) * Organizer will leave
2:00 PM - End / Cafeteria closes

😋 Important Notes
- The meetup at the cafe runs until 12:30 PM.
- Last call for drinks is 20 minutes before departure.
- If you do not order a drink, a 500 JPY participation fee will be charged.
- Please arrive at the cafe by 12:15 PM at the latest.
- Joining after the cafe departure is not permitted.
- Event registration will not be accepted after arriving at the cafe on the day.
- The event will proceed rain or shine.
- Please refrain from participating while riding or carrying bicycles, etc.
- Feel free to change seats and choose your language of conversation.
- You are free to leave early.
- Please place your own food and beverage orders.
- Please pay for the food and beverages you order yourself.

* One drink order is required (from 500 JPY)
* An additional drink is from 300 JPY
* You can also order alcohol
* Light meal is from 100 JPY
* A one-time “Member Passport” issuance fee of 100 JPY applies

日本の大学の学生食堂までみんなで散歩し、実際に食事を楽しみながら国際交流を行うイベントです。

学生食堂のメニューは、カレーやうどん、定食など、日本の大学生が日常的に食べている料理が中心で、どれも400〜700円程度ととてもリーズナブル。

“日本の大学生の日常”に触れられる、普段なかなか体験できない貴重な機会です。

また、学生食堂は広く開放的な空間なので、リラックスした雰囲気の中で会話を楽しむことができます。自然と会話も弾み、食事を通じた交流が生まれやすい環境です。

いつもの交流会とはひと味違う、ちょっとユニークな国際交流を、私たちと一緒に楽しんでみませんか？

11:45 AM - カフェにて交流会
12:30 PM - 出発
12:40 PM - 大学学食到着・食事を注文
12:50 PM - 着席・食事開始
1:10 PM - 席替え後フリータイム（席替え自由）※オーガナイザー退出
2:00 PM - 終了・閉店

😋 ご注意
- 午後12時30分までは、カフェにて交流会を行います。
- ドリンクのラストオーダーは、出発の20分前までとなります。
- ドリンクをご注文されない場合は、参加費として500円を頂戴いたします。
- 遅くとも午後12時15分までにカフェへお越しください。
- カフェ出発後の途中参加はできません。
- 当日、カフェ到着後のイベント参加申込は受け付けておりません。
- 雨天決行です。
- 自転車等に乗ったまま、または携えてのご参加はご遠慮ください。
- 席替えや使用言語は自由です。
- 途中退席も自由です。
- 飲食物のご注文はご自身でお願いいたします。
- ご注文いただいた飲食物のお支払いはご自身でご負担ください。
