【注意】

* 室内で履ける靴を持参して下さい。

** トレーニングセッション！

訓練や射撃練習などを行っています。

参加者が十分であれば、最後に短いゲームをプレイすることもできます。

** 自分のバスケットボールを持ってるなら、持ってきてください。

We run a few drills, shooting practice, etc.

If enough people attend can also play short games towards the end.

** Please be sure to wear indoor sports shoes, because outdoor use shoe are not allowed inside.

** If you have your own BALL, please bring it.

We are a friendly environment, players are Japanese and foreign locals!

Feel free to join by yourself or as a group, many people come by themselves so don't worry if you are alone, for this is a casual, fun time to meet new people, while enjoying some sport.
