📍 Bunkyo Labor Welfare Hall (2F Gym)
💴 Entry Fee: 2,000 yen per person / 4,000 yen per pair (cash only)

🏆 Tournament Format
• 15 pairs, 3 courts
• Round-robin pool stage
• Each match: 2 games to 21 points (no deuce)
• Scoring per game:
• Win = 2 points
• Loss = 0 points
• All matches are self-judged
• Each pair is guaranteed 4 matches (8 games total)

🎽 Starting Score Handicaps (Fairness Rule)

M = man | W = woman
• MM vs MW → MW starts at 5–0
• MM vs WW → WW starts at 8–0
• MW vs WW → WW starts at 5–0
• All other matchups: start at 0–0

📈 Advancement Rules
• Top 2 pairs from each pool advance to the Playoffs
• Playoff seeding by draw
• Playoffs: same match format (2 games to 21, win=2/loss=0)
• Top 2 pairs from playoffs advance to the Final
• If time allows: 3rd vs 4th playoff for 3rd place
• Prizes for winners!

🕒 Tournament Schedule

11:50–12:00 — Registration + draw for pool assignments
→ Representatives draw numbers:
• 1–5 → Pool A
• 6–10 → Pool B
• 11–15 → Pool C

12:00–12:15 — Warm-up (5 mins per pair; no warm-ups before matches)
12:15–14:20 — Pool Matches
14:20–15:40 — Playoffs
15:40–16:10 — Final Match
16:10–16:30 — Free play, awarding, and group photos

✔ Who Can Join
• Intermediate players comfortable with doubles rotation and multiple consecutive matches
• Advanced players paired with pre-intermediate players are also welcome
• Pairs preferred, but solo players welcome — we’ll match solo participants together
