We’re bringing the heat—and the hustle—back this summer with 2 Fast Not 2 Furious, a weekly speed workout series built for marathon training and getting faster together. Whether you’re chasing a BQ, a PR, or just want to mix up your miles, this is the place to push your pace and have fun doing it.
Expect intervals, tempos, hills, and the kind of workouts that make you stronger, sharper, and more confident on race day. All paces welcome—just bring your grit and good vibes.
Each session includes:
• 🏃♀️ 2-mile warm-up (easy pace)
• 💨 Speed workout (intervals, tempos, hills—varies weekly)
• 🧊 2-mile cool-down (easy pace)
