Learn what stress is, what the effects are, and solutions for your health and wellness. Stress Rescue includes various techniques to help with our modern daily stressors. It helps you identify where your difficulties are coming from, what is in your control, begin problem solving, and how to tap into your intuition and creativity to make real change in your life. As well, experience breathing exercises, meditation, and more… to release the stress in your life and bring in peace and calm.
In Stress Rescue we learn to design our life in order to best create stress-free environments while healing ourselves so that we can stay motivated on our missions.
In this class, we will:
- Learn the origins of stress and how it affects us in the modern world
- Target the things that create what stress is and discover how they affect us on a daily basis
- Learn about the five danger signs of continual stress
- Discuss common life stressors and how we can manage them
- Learn and practice tools that can help us effectively manage and eliminate stress!
Please bring a notebook and pen for yourself to take notes about the materials we will be going over in class!
Cost: $85
You will be asked to remove your outdoor shoes, so please bring socks or slippers if you need.
Incense will be burned.
