Life Coaching Course


Details
This will be a 7 week course of 2 hours duration on each Tuesday 7th and 14th August and Mondays, 20th, 27th August, Mondays 3rd, 10th and 17th September.
Session details are as follows:
Session 1 - Getting to Know Yourself/ Self-Care
Session 2 - What are your priorities?
Session 3 - What drains you
Session 4 - Your Financial World
Session 5 - Becoming focused
Session 6 - Building your community
Session 7 - Your Spirituality and your New Life.
This course will give you the opportunity to assess all areas of your life, make decisions on areas requiring change, improve your quality of life and make plans for your future. It will increase your self-awareness, reduce stress & help you create a more balanced life. Practical and realistic strategies will be included.
All participants will select their own choice of goal focus from Finances, Business, Career, Health, Relationships, Personal, Creativity or other to work on throughout the course. Recommendations/suggestions are provided where appropriate.
This course will only go ahead if I have a minimum of 6 pre-paid members. Fee includes tuition, worksheets and individual support/feedback.

NB. If you can't get there until 6pm, don't worry, in the first 15 minutes we will be reviewing the previous week, sharing stories etc.
