Lets try again since we were rained oitr in December.

A hike in the 128 ha reserve wich has high conservation value and represents a transition zone between three ecosystems.
It is home to several type of buck, black-backed jackal and smaller animals.

We will follow the +/- 5km trail which is marked with YELLOW ARROWS and goes past the dam. The trail gives a nice view of the reserve and surrounding areas and is on moderate hills with several steeper and rocky pathways so it needs a good walking fitness level.

To participate you therefore need to be reasonably fit and able to keep up with the moderate pace set by the majority of the group.

COST of walk - free
