Abstract:
Have you ever run afoul of the dreaded "OOM Killer"? Have you ever had a NodeJS application running in containers or on Kubernetes which inexplicably dies? It could be because your Node application has not been configured to run in a container properly. In this session we will talk about how container resources are limited, how those limits are interpreted by the V8 engine, and how you can optimize your application to run in containers.
