This is our flagship monthly MeetUp where we'll focus on learning and connecting with investors and real estate professionals.

Each month, we'll hear from experienced individuals about different types of investment strategies, products & services, operations management, marketing, fundraising, leadership, and more! The general structure of the MeetUp will be as follows:

5:00 - 5:15pm: Arrival
5:15 - 5:45pm: Presentation & Discussion
5:45 - 6:30pm: Networking Time

August Topic - Apartment Investing 101: The basics of investing in apartments or "Multifamily Real Estate" will be covered with topics such as roles & responsibilities, market research & selection, establishing your deal criteria, building an expert team, sourcing deals, fundraising options, property management, and investor relationships.
