The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful we shall be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we shall experience true happiness; but if our mind is not peaceful, we shall find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions. We offer meditation classes in various other places as well as at our centre in Bristol. The purpose of this group is allow people in Bath to meditate in their local area.

Our general meditation classes include a teaching and two guided meditations. These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners.
General meditation classes are given as a series, but can also work great as a stand alone class.
No special clothing is required
No pre-registration is necessary
