This series will show us how we can use meditation and Buddha’s teachings to bring about positive changes that we can use in our daily life. Many people are overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. We will explore meditation methods and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us deal with our stressed and anxious minds more confidently and effectively.
Everyone is welcome. No previous meditation experience needed. There will be two guided meditations. One in the beginning to settle our mind and then another one after the teaching so we can contemplate the main points and take something away to test out in our daily life
