Meditation has countless benefits. We can improve our focus, reduce stress, worry and anxiety and improve our physical health. Ultimately, meditation allows us to discover a lasting happiness from within that doesn’t depend upon external conditions.
By learning to meditate we can increase our own experience of inner peace and therefore experience happiness more of the time and at more and more profound levels. Just as we need to learn and practice any other skill, it is the same with meditation. By preparing well and creating the most optimal conditions for meditation, everyone can definitely experience and enjoy the many benefits of meditation.
In this series, we will learn about the practices that help to make our mind clearer, more positive and inspired, so that our meditation practice is successful.
Everyone is welcome to any of these classes. No special experience necessary.
