Evening Meditative Sound Bath

We will be doing an evening community meditative Sound Bath at the Unity of Kona on Friday the 26th from 6:30-7:30pm.

We will be using crystal singing bowls, a chime drum, Koshi chimes, handmade drums, a wave drum, a rain stick, a gong, and a Tibetan singing bowl. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and or pillow to lay on if that sounds good. Some are available for use. Chairs are provided for those who wish to sit instead.

This will be a candlelit event for greater relaxation. All are welcome! There is no cost to attend. Donations are always welcome and help support the space for continued community events.
