In this workshop, you will experience both active and still meditation, and learn tools you can take home to help manage your stress and anxiety on your own.

If you're craving a space to slow down in, achieve relaxation, and feel connected to other women with the same goal, this is the place for you!

This workshop also includes:
- aromatherapy
- vagus nerve stimulation via self-massage + stretches
- progressive muscle relaxation
