Join this meetup to see how to contribute, what has changed in the last months, and learn from the experiences of others. We will report back from Keycloak DevDay 2025, where we ran an experiment: a hands-on hackathon where participants contribute to Keycloak together. Now, with DevDay 2026 on the horizon, it’s time to look back and ahead! 🚀

If you don’t have a ticket: The DevDay 2026 is sold out and without a ticket you won’t be able to join on-site this year. Still, the resources and experiences presented here will help you prepare your next pull request for the Keycloak project!
