This is a calm, low-pressure morning walk in Greenwich Park.
The idea is simple: we walk together, take things at an easy pace, and enjoy being outside.
There’s no pressure to talk — you’re welcome to walk quietly or chat if you feel like it.
This is not therapy and there’s no agenda. Just a safe, friendly space to start the day gently and connect with others.
We’ll walk for about an hour and finish back near the starting point.
Everyone is welcome.
