【KIOG】Kansai International Outdoor Gathering

Would you like to enjoy the last beach time in 2025 at Homeji ? Shirahama beach is called that it has the most beautiful sea water in west side of Hyogo prefecture and the length of the beach is no less than 800m ! It’s not worth worrying even if you are not good at swimming because it’s the typical shallows ! That’s why it has been loved among Himeji local people in summer season for a long time. You can enjoy not only the beautiful sea water but also fresh sea food for lunch there ! After swimming at the beach, let’s be relaxed at local Onsen together !
It’s sure that this event will be suitable for the last beach time in 2025 for you ! You are gonnna love it, and waiting for your entry !

9th August 2025 (Sat.)

〇 Meeting place and meeting time
Meet together at the ticket gate of Sanyo railway Shirahamanomiya station at AM11:00 !
※ Pay attention that we would never wait for you and go ahead if you would be late.
※ If you can not go to the meeting place by yourself, the organizer will take you to the meeting place from JR Sannomiya station only if you send a direct message to the organizer when you sign up to attend the event !

〇 Overall schedule
• 11:00 : Move to Shrahama beach from Sanyo railway, Shirahamanomiya station by walking ! (1.2km)
• 11:30 : Arrive at Shirahama beach ! (entrance fee = ¥1,000)
Have lunch at Appare Suisan Minoriya ! Enjoy fresh sea food there for affordable price ! (¥700〜¥1,500)
• 15:30 : Leave from Shirahama beach and move to Shirahama Onsen by walking !
(900m)
• 15:45 : Enjoy local hot spring at Shirahama Onsen ! Ease your daily stress and tiredness by swimming in the sea there ! (¥450)
• 17:00 : Leave from Shirahama Onsen and move to Sanyo railway, Shirahamanomiya station by walking ! (700m)
• 17:30 : Arrive at Sanyo railway, Shirahamanomiya station and dismiss there !

〇 Participation fee
Free
※ Fee of your transportation expenses, entrance fee of the beach, lunch and Onsen should be prepared by yourself.
※ What to bring
Bring swimsuit or cloths that you don’t mind if it wets, towel and change cloths !

〇 Condition of cancelation
・If weather forecast of the previous day says that the probability of the rain is 50% over.
・If there are 3 participants or under as of PM11:30 on the previous day.
※ Notification of cancelation will be informed on this Meetup site by AM8:00 on the event day.

〇 Note
• Please push "Going" button if you will join it. If you would not do it, you could not join us even if you would visit our meeting place. We will never admit that you bring someone that didn’t sign up to attend this event. Please join us after confirming that your attendance is registered or not before you come to our event on that day.
• If you could not join it after you pushed “Gong button”, please cancel it at the latest 24 hours before the meeting time. If you cancel it after that without asking for permission, you will be banned to join our group permanently.
•Participants for hitting on girls, promoting any kind of religion, network business or the other business are driven out from this event as soon as we find it.
• The organizer never takes responsibility for any trouble and any accident in this event.

2025年最後のビーチタイムを是非、姫路で楽しみませんか？兵庫県の西部で最も美しい海水浴場と言われる白浜海岸は何と800mもの長いビーチ！遠浅なので泳ぎが苦手な方でも安心です！よって長年、夏の季節は姫路の地元民の間で愛されてきました。美しい海水だけでなく、そこでは昼食に新鮮な海の幸もご堪能頂けます！海で泳いだ後は、地元の温泉でゆったりとくつろぎましょう！
きっと、2025年最後のビーチタイムにピッタリのイベントになるはず！どうか、お楽しみに、そしてエントリーをお待ちしてます！

〇 集合場所と集合時間
AM11:00に山陽電車 白浜の宮駅改札口前に集合！
※ 遅れた場合はお待ちすることなく、先に行かせて頂きますのでご注意願います！
※ご自身で集合場所に行く事が出来ない場合は、イベント参加申し込み時に主催者へDMを送っていただければ、主催者がJR三ノ宮駅から集合場所までお連れ致します！

◯ 概略スケジュール
• 11:00 : 山陽電車 白浜の宮駅から白浜海水浴場へ徒歩で移動！(1.2km )
• 11:30 : 白浜海水浴場に到着！(入場料 1,000円)あっぱれ水産みのり家で昼食！新鮮なシーフードをお手頃価格でご堪能ください！(700円〜1,500円)
• 15:30 : 白浜海水浴場を出発し、白浜温泉へ徒歩で移動！(900m)
• 15:45 : 白浜温泉で地元の温泉を満喫！海水浴で日頃のストレスや疲れを癒しましょう！(450円)
• 17:00 : 白浜温泉を出発し、山陽電車 白浜の宮駅へ徒歩移動！ (700m)
• 17:30 : 山陽電車 白浜の宮駅に到着、解散！

〇参加費
無料
※ 交通費、海水浴場入場料、昼食代、温泉代は各自ご負担ください。
※ 持ち物
水着または濡れてもいい服、タオル、着替えをご持参下さい！

〇 キャンセル条件
・前日の天気予報の降水確率が50％以上の場合。
・前日のPM11:30時点で参加者が3名以下の場合。
※キャンセルの通知はイベント当日のAM8:00迄にこのMeetupのサイトで通知します。

〇 注記
参加される場合、参加ボタンを押してください。参加ボタンを押されていない場合はたとえ待ち合わせ場所を訪問頂いてもご参加頂けません。また、このイベントに参加登録をしていない方をお連れする事は一切、認めません。
よって、イベントの当日、待ち合わせ場所にお越しになられる前に参加の登録が行われているか否かをご確認の上、ご参加下さい。

We are looking for a person who become an assistant organizer and a volunteer member in our outdoor group, 【KIOG】! Although we hold our outdoor events two or three times a month in Kansai area on a regular basis, we need a assistant organizer who helps our participants to go to our destination in our events, and who organizes our outdoor events. We will welcome if you become a volunteer member who support our participants in our event as well. If you are interested in organizing outdoor activities included hiking and camping and you like to support our participants, Let’s do it together ! We are looking forward to your application !

1) You can decide locations of our outdoor events and create your own original plan for our outdoor event ! You don't have to do a hard work like posting the information on Meetup.
（アウトドアイベントの場所を決めたり、ご自身のオリジナルのプランをお作り頂くことが出来ます！Meetupに情報を投稿する様な大変な作業をして頂く必要はありません。）
2) You can join our event anytime even if the event that you want to join has already reached the limited attendance.
( 参加をご希望のイベントがたとえ定員に達している場合でも、いつでもイベントにご参加頂けます。)
