Details
1 hr of gentle stretching movement to beautiful slow and very calming music, involving all areas of your body, but nothing too strenuous (normal people can do it!), more experienced people can hold the poses longer or will be given advanced options.
Including some easy but very beneficial breathing exercises (pranayama), followed by a wonderful soothing Yoga Nidra Relaxation to gentle relaxation music (lying or sitting comfortably). Wear comfy clothing, best bring a sm blanket (a cushion will allow you to extend your spine more easiliy, the blanket will keep you warm and cozy during Yoga Nidra.
This class will definately improve your physical, mental and emotional health, give you peace and act as a refuge from the stresses of todays life. You and your mind will feel refreshed, and comforted to better face and cope with any challenges or problems, ready for another week.
Make friends and meet with like-minded people.
