This is a small, private morning yoga session designed to help you slow down and reconnect. ๐งโโ๏ธ๐ง
We begin with a short guided meditation using essential oil aroma to gently settle the mind, followed by a beginner-friendly Hatha yoga practice rooted in traditional Indian yogaโfocused on breath, alignment, and calm awareness. ๐
After the session, we will enjoy a cup of coffee or tea of your choice (provided by Cuco) and have a relaxed standing conversation with everyone, including the Cuco founder. โ๏ธ
