If you are joining for the first time:
The paces we run are quite relaxed, however, if you haven't yet finished a flat 10km in an hour or less, then you may need to do a little training before joining. Please join our Kakao Chatroom to ensure we can all communicate easily before and during the run.

31km, 1400m ascent
9:00am : Maebong Station, Line 3, Exit 4

13km, 300m ascent
12:00pm : Gwacheon Station, Exit 3 (7-Eleven)

Today we'll try a new trail suggested by one of our members. We'll start at Maebong Station, Line 3, then run south to and follow the ridge along to Cheonggyesan. From there we will go down towards Gwacheon, passing by Seoul Grand Park, and then stop at Gwacheon and meet members joining for the remaining part of the run. We'll then run to Umyeongsan and and alot Yangjae Stream to finish back at Maebong Station.
