Grab your sneakers and get ready for a fantastic women's walk! 🚶‍♀️ Our focus is on having fun, enjoying the fresh air, and empowering each other. Come join a supportive community of women.

🍂 Meet at Alderman's Ford Conservation Park at 100 Alderman Ford Park Drive, Lithia FL 33547

🍂 I will have a sign posted to clearly mark where to meet. Please use the sign-in notebook so we can stay in touch and I can track attendance - feel free to leave a note too!

🍂 Walk will start at at 8:30 am. Park opens at 8 am.

🍂 Parking is $2 per vehicle (If attendant is not available, machines will take credit cards only). Up to 8 people per vehicle.

🍂 We'll be following the 1.9 mile PAVED loop that follows the north and south prongs of the Alafia River which is one of the most popular canoe spots in the state. The loop, which is hiker, dog walker, and bicycle friendly, links with a boardwalk and foot bridges, leading into shaded woods of gigantic cypress and oak trees.
