Meditation (and photo ops!) with Rescue Cats

Let the cats snuggle up as we bring some calm to ourselves and the room. Take some time for yourself to relax and reboot, as we support Japan Cat Network's Cat Cafe. 20% of proceeds will go to support the cats in the cafe and to rescue other cats in need.

Sit on the chairs or the floor in the cat cafe as we move through some breathing exercises, guided meditations and time to yourself.

The cats are free to move around us as we meditate. There are a couple that may end up on your lap, and others may flop down beside you or relax nearby. You may be lucky enough to get kitty kisses (^-^)v

The cats are friendly and may sit on you. If you are uncomfortable with that, please feel free to take them off. We ask that you let them roam as they please and meditate as best you can within the distraction (so it's an excellent practice to build your meditation skills ;) )

Come in a 15 minutes early to get some pictures, and we can stay back for about 20 minutes afterwards. Give the kitties the love they want and need, and maybe find a new buddy for your daily life.
