Yoga in the park and cafe meet and greet FREE EVENT

Yoga in the Park! What better way to start your Sunday morning than heading out to New Farm Park for a yoga session followed by a friendly meet and greet cafe session afterwards. The yoga is run by our resident yoga expert Kate and whilst aimed at beginners/intermediates there will also be some extension work for more seasoned yogis. After the hour long class we will head across to one of the cafes across road where we can get to know each other a bit better over a green tea, chocolate thick-shake or whatever your choice of beverage may be 🙂 Best of all this class is free!
We will meet on the grass behind the New Farm Park sign, which is at the corner of Sydney and Brunswick Sts New Farm; see the photos below!
