“Picking Winners with Astrology” – The Astrological Science of Horse Racing
How many times have you been asked, “So can you tell me the Lotto Numbers?”. This would have been one of the most misunderstood and propaganda led public misconceptions of astrology that drives us all a little crazy.
What started out as an exercise to determine whether the planets have a physical effect on the outcome of events or not, soon became the basis for this lecture. After picking 10 winners consecutively one after another, my confidence was so high that I thought I was on a good thing and a way to make some fast money, when my 11th bet following the same principals completely failed? I asked myself, Why?
This lecture focuses on proven techniques to win, the science behind it and the pitfalls associated to using it. There are many variables, however, when the planets do align in the way that there is only one winner, you will never lose! This lecture has been conducted at SARS in Sydney on a few occasions in the 1990’s and attendees have often come up to me later and said “I won several thousand dollars because I used your technique” which is wonderful. Bio
Luke Bayley is the CEO and Owner of Astrocollege and the International Academy of Astrology (IAA), with over 40 years of experience in astrology. A self-taught astrologer from age 16, Luke chose astrology over traditional education and completed formal studies at the Chiron School of Astrology in Sydney in the late 1980s. He became a member of the Australian Professional Astrologers Association (APA) in 1991.
Luke worked as a consulting astrologer and columnist for Australian magazines such as Smash Hits and Star from 1988-1996, and offered astrology and tarot readings to notable figures in the TV and film industries. He also played a key role in Paula Duncan’s 1989 Astrological Charity Ball. A sought-after speaker, he presented at the Sydney Astrological Research Society and the FAA International Conference in 1994.
Focusing on the scientific side of astrology, Luke has extensively researched its practical applications, including its use in gambling and luck. He also teaches tarot and has shared his expertise at the Chiron School of Astrology. Luke’s work at Astrocollege builds on the legacy of IAA founder Ena Stanley, aiming to make astrology accessible to all. A rugby fan and corporate professional, he combines his diverse interests to advance astrology in the modern world.
