• 5:30–6:10 PM – Two Inspiring Talks on Real-World Leadership
• Ken Fogarty, CEO of Dale Carnegie Nevada and decorated U.S. Navy veteran, will share the timeless story of Dale Carnegie — how one man changed the world of human relations — and how those lessons apply to modern leadership.
• Jonathan Worth, Certified John Maxwell Leader and Director of Restaurants at Mandalay Bay, will reveal how he applies leadership principles in one of the most dynamic, high-pressure environments in the city.
• 6:10–6:30 PM – Panel discussion and audience Q&A
  A candid conversation on what leadership really looks like today — and how we can each lead better in our own circles.
• 6:30–7:00 PM – Closing and additional networking
