LVMC Presents: Completing the DPS (Desert Peaks Section) List with Joel Brewster

Join Joel for a presentation on his completion of the DPS (Desert Peaks Section of the Sierra Club). It is a great collection of 95 peaks located throughout the desert Southwest.

The presentation will cover the history and evolution of this list over time, as well as the journey to finish the list, culminated by summitting the iconic and technically challenging "Little Picacho" Peak in SE California for list completion last March!

LVMC presentations are held in the community meeting room at REI in Boca Park at 7 pm. LVMC meetings are the 4th Wednesday of the month.

The club will provide snacks and water.
