Are you ready for additional practice with Nonviolent Communication (NVC)?
This self-reflective and interactive practice group is designed to augment the “Empathy in Action: Compassionate Communication with NVC” events or any other NVC learning and training, to give more opportunity to practice and deepen your NVC skills!
This inaugural session will focus on empathy blockers, getting in touch with our own feelings and needs, and guessing the feelings and needs of others.
What to Expect:
This interactive event is designed to provide you with valuable insights and hands-on experience in applying NVC principles.
What is NVC?
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a communication framework that emphasizes expressing needs, feelings, and requests in a clear and compassionate way to foster understanding and connection.
NVC involves four key steps, called OFNR:
Making Observations without judgment
Expressing authentic Feelings
Identifying universal human Needs
Making clear Requests
By replacing language of blame, judgment, and demand with honest self-expression and empathy for others, NVC helps resolve conflicts peacefully and build more enriching relationships.
All who are interested in practicing NVC are invited to come – whether you are just getting started or have practiced for years! Join us for an incredible experience filled with growth, connection, and empathy in action! We warmly invite you to be a part of our journey where we embrace the incredible power of Nonviolent Communication.
Together, we can create a beautiful ripple effect of positive change in our lives and the world around us. We can't wait to have you onboard!
