This gentle, guided breathwork session is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with you.

Through simple, beginner-friendly breathing techniques, we’ll calm the nervous system, release tension, and let go of what you don’t want to carry forward into the year.

We’ll begin with a short, science-based introduction to breathing techniques you can use in everyday life to support more energy, clarity, and a calmer, less stressed mind.

From there, we’ll move into a soft, guided breathing flow designed to help you settle into your body and breath.

The intention for this evening is simple: more you. Your energy, your intention, your way of moving through the year ahead.

We’ll close with a warm cup of tea and a small snack, giving you space to land, connect, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and gently recharged.
